The Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy has submitted a draft regulation for consultation that would increase domestic allowances from PLN 45 to PLN 60 per day for business travel. The change affects not only the amount of the allowances , but also related benefits – lump sums and accommodation limits, the amount of which is linked to the allowance rate.
The Sejm has received a bill to amend the Labour Code to repeal the obligation to use gender-neutral job titles and to formulate job advertisements in accordance with the criteria of linguistic neutrality.

Although the approved draft has not yet been published, the Ministry’s statement already reveals its main provisions.
A law changing the calculation of the length of service by which periods of work under a contract of mandate (or other contracts for the provision of services) and operating a business, among others, will be included in a period of employment, has been signed by the president and published in the Journal of Laws.
