End of ePUAP for individual customers of ZUS – transition to e-Delivery
The year 2026 brought a significant change in how to communicate with the Social Insurance Institution (“ZUS”). From March 12 ePUAP communication system is disabled, and submissions sent this way are no longer processed.
The change results from the implementation of the e-Delivery system, which replaces ePUAP as the primary method of communication with public administration and provides an effect in law that is equivalent to a registered letter.
